Rules for the return of tour tickets (vouchers), purchased by tourists via the Internet.


1. If a tourist does not show up for a tour, the cost of the ticket (voucher) is not refundable, except as specified in paragraph 3 of this Regulation;

2. 70% of the cost of the excursion ticket (voucher) is returned when the tourist returns it, or notifies the company (cancellation in the system) before the tour, but less than the specified time before the tour:
- 3 hours - daily and weekend excursions;
- 24 hours - thematic and long-distance(longer than 8 hours) excursions;

3. If the tourist applied to the company no later than 10 days after the beginning excursions, while he can prove, with the provision of appropriate documents that he was unable to appear on the tour due to circumstances beyond his control (illness, accident, etc.) and was not able to notify the company of a no-show on the tour before it starts-returns the cost of the ticket (voucher), less 10% (fees and commissions);

4. The cost of the excursion ticket (voucher) is returned, minus 10% (Commission), when returning it by a tourist, or notification of the company (cancellation of the reservation in the system) earlier than specified in paragraph 3 of the time before the tour.

5. In case of cancellation of the tour, the tourist will be refunded 100% of the cost of the ticket (voucher) or provided, with his consent, an equivalent replacement.

6. The refund is made to the same source of funds from which payment was made, by electronic request of the tourist about return of means, within 5 days from the moment of request.
